Returns & Refunds

At Green Spruce Botanicals, each product is hand-poured in small batches with care and attention to quality.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@greensprucebotanicals.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Green Spruce Botanicals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been shipped, but we will always do our best to help you resolve any problems with the carrier.
