Shipping Policy

At Green Spruce Botanicals LLC, each order is prepared and packed with care.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days as each item is prepared and packed with care.

During launches, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the continental United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Warm Weather & Delivery Care

Because candles are sensitive to heat, we recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery during warmer weather.

Green Spruce Botanicals LLC is not responsible for melted products caused by packages left outdoors or exposed to excessive heat after delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Green Spruce Botanicals LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.  However, we will always do our best to help customers work with the shipping carrier when possible.

Please double-check shipping addresses before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@greensprucebotanicals.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We want every order to arrive safely and thoughtfully packaged, and we will do our best to make things right when possible.
